Dentistri is operated by Cut The Edge. It helps a business turn the lead notification emails in its Gmail inbox into an organized lead list. This page explains what we access and what we do with it.

What we access

• Your Google account name, email address and account ID, used to sign you in.
• Read only access to Gmail (the gmail.readonly scope). When an inbox is first connected, we look over its last 14 days of incoming mail once to learn what your lead emails look like. After that, we search only for messages that match the lead rules set up for your business, such as website form notifications.

We never send, delete, archive, label or otherwise change your email.

What we store

• Lead details pulled from matching emails, such as a contact name, email address, phone number and the inquiry source.
• The Gmail message ID of each processed email, so the same email is never counted twice.
• An encrypted Google refresh token, so the inbox can be checked automatically.
• An activity log of actions taken, without email content.
• From the one-time 14 day scan: the sender, subject, a short preview and our lead or not-lead label for each email, visible only to your business's account owners and deleted after 30 days.

We do not store full email bodies. Outside the one-time setup scan, we do not read messages that do not match your lead rules.

How we use it

Data is used only to provide the lead list to your business. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general purpose AI models. Where an AI model helps read an email (to sort the setup scan or to extract lead details), the content is processed only for your business and is not kept by the model provider for training.

Dentistri's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Lead records are kept while your business uses the service. When you disconnect an inbox, we revoke our Google access immediately and stop reading it. To have your data deleted, email us from an owner address and we will delete it within 30 days. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Security

Google tokens are encrypted before storage. Access to each business's data is limited to that business's approved owners.
